Our team is looking for an Analyst Relations Manager to drive analyst-related projects and programs while managing SoundHound’s relationships with top technology and AI industry analysts.

Reporting to the Sr Director of Corporate Communications the right candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing a high impact Analyst Relations program that generates  visibility for all parts of SoundHound’s business, with a keen focus on the company’s enterprise solutions. 

The role requires a passion for technology, including a willingness to engage with the technical detail of complex systems.  Excellent project management skills are also a must.

In this role, you will:

• Help design, execute, and manage SoundHound’s overall industry analyst strategy and plan for a regular cadence of inquiries, briefings, analysts requests for information, events, and other core program tactics. 

• Identify and curate positive relationships with relevant industry analysts, industry influencers, and thought leaders, serving as a key, centralized contact point and connector.

• Proactively lead the response to analyst evaluations and requests for information through coordination with internal team members and executives. Lead retrospective analysis after major submissions. 

• Anticipate upcoming reports and research that are relevant to SoundHound’s business and plan AR roadmap accordingly.

• Establish and maintain regular communication with analysts and influencers via multiple channels which you will develop to engage and educate these communities on SoundHound’s broad, cross-industry solutions suite leveraging  updates, research, and product releases .

• Ensure analyst and influencer advice helps to inform relevant business activities and serve as a trusted internal partner by actively synthesizing and sharing insights from analyst engagements, reports, and data with AR program stakeholders.

• Work with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications colleagues to ensure relevant mentions and publications are leveraged to drive reputation, market awareness, lead generation, and sales. 

• Manage customer references and case studies, including Gartner Peer Insights. 

• Provide support to enterprise focused public relations initiatives, including securing analyst quotes for press releases, blogs, and other marketing materials. 

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have BA/BS college degree.

• You have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or related field, with significant experience of high technology Analyst Relations. 

• You have knowledge and expertise in answering evaluations such as MQ, Wave, Marketscape.

• You are familiar with briefings, inquiries, and other AR engagements. 

• You have excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills and attention to detail.

• You are self starter, with proven ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines with limited resources.

We’d be especially excited if you have knowledge of ARchitect/ARInsights.

This position is available for remote work across most of the United States. (** SoundHound AI DOES NOT offer employment in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Regardless of workplace arrangement, employees within a 60-mile radius of a SoundHound AI office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled, company-wide “core days” per month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration.

The estimated salary for this position is $88,000 - $120,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
