Must-have:
✔️ Degree or technical studies in Administration, Logistics, or related fields
✔️ Experience coordinating administrative and logistics activities
✔️ Planning maintenance and office infrastructure management
✔️ Coordination of transportation, travel, lodging, and corporate events
✔️ Supplier management, purchasing, and office supplies handling
✔️ Experience with reporting, scheduling, and courier services
✔️ B2 or higher English proficiency (conversational)
✔️ Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
✔️ Proactive, resourceful, and a team player

Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with process improvement initiatives
⭐ Experience handling client reports and petty cash management
