👀 What We’re Looking For

Must-have:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development and 3+ years working with Go
• Proficiency in Go as the main programming language, using the Gin framework
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases
• Proficient in tools such as Git, Docker, Linux, and Postman
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and using Postman
• Solid knowledge of design patterns, clean code, and clean architecture
• Best practices and understanding of security standards in software development
• Excellent technical communication skills in both English and Spanish

Nice to have:

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of other programming languages

• Technical leadership and informed decision-making
• Ability to negotiate requirements and define priorities with stakeholders
• Proactive in identifying technical and product opportunities
• Strategic thinking and product vision
