We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Source Meridian, and you could be the perfect fit!

👀 What we’re looking for
Must-have:
✅ 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles
✅ Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
✅ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
✅ Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
✅ Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs to internal teams
✅ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
✅ Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk
✅ Familiarity with data storage and management systems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
✅ Advanced knowledge of SQL to query customer data and generate insights.
✅ Inglés avanzado (B2)
Nice to have:
