We're looking for a Senior UX|UI Designer  to join Source Meridian and you could be the perfect fit!

👀 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in visual and experience design for digital environments.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in UI, design thinking, information architecture, and visual design.

• Experience in user-centered design for web and mobile.

• Experience across the full product and feature lifecycle.

• Creation and maintenance of design systems.

• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to defend design decisions while remaining open to feedback.

• Conceptual thinker, self-motivated, and passionate about improving people’s lives through design and technology.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital healthcare products.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.

• Knowledge of Datadog or Google Analytics.

• Motion design or interactive prototypes.

• Basic understanding of API integrations and data-driven features.
