97. Senior Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join Source Meridian, and you could be the perfect fit!

👀 What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience, ideally in Python 

• Proven experience implementing APIs and high-traffic backend systems using frameworks like FastAPI 

• In-depth familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph: orchestration, stateful agents, and multi-agent workflows 

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant), building ingestion pipelines, document retrieval, and fallback logic 

• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and ideally Kubernetes/Terraform or other DevOps tooling 

• Strong debugging, optimization, and production troubleshooting skills 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working across disciplines 

• Advanced English (B2 or higher) 

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in healthcare-related projects 

• Familiarity with scalable cloud architectures
