💻 Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, experience deploying APIs to cloud environments, and solid skills working with containerized applications. The ideal candidate is excited about AI-driven development and enjoys leveraging tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Kilo Code, or Cloud Code to boost productivity and code quality.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience with Node.js.

• Deep knowledge of Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, Fastify, or similar).

• Strong experience with Docker and deploying APIs to cloud environments.

• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience using AI-driven development tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

• English: intermediate–advanced (B1–B2).

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, etc.).

• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).

• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).

• Strong communication skills; comfortable in client-facing interactions in English.
