114. Technical leader (Golang - PHP)

We’re looking for a Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in backend development, particularly in Golang and PHP, who can guide the team in technical decisions, code reviews, and architecture design.

This role will lead a migration project from PHP to Golang, so we’re seeking someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys reading and optimizing legacy PHP code and driving modern development best practices in Golang.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, autonomy, and a passion for building scalable cloud-based solutions (AWS).

🧠 Must-have skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Golang and PHP).

• Proven technical leadership experience — code reviews, architectural design, and maintaining high technical standards.

• Practical experience or strong interest in Golang, ideally with the Gin framework.

• Hands-on experience building web interfaces with Angular (v10 or higher).

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and API consumption.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases.

• Knowledge of Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI.

• Proficiency with Git, Docker, Linux, and Postman.

• Experience working with AWS (cloud infrastructure).

• Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean architecture, and testing (unit/integration).

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Excellent technical communication skills in English and Spanish.

💡 Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML).

• Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or microservices architecture.

• Experience with automated testing and production monitoring.

• Python experience related to AI (e.g., Pandas, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
