118. Senior Backend Engineer

Seeking a senior backend engineer to help integrate our AI engagement-call agent into modern contact center platforms. This role is ideal for someone experienced in real-time communication systems, call-center software, and scalable backend architectures—not traditional telecom-carrier networking.

• Build and scale backend services in AWS using Python (AI agent orchestration) and .NET Core (internal platform integrations).
• Integrate our AI agent with Zoom Contact Center and Twilio, handling call flows, call control, media streaming, and event processing.
• Design APIs and event-driven workflows for routing, transcription, and data capture into the internal platforms.
• Ensure production-grade reliability, observability, and compliance (HIPAA/SOC2).

• Strong experience in Python and .NET Core.
• Background building or integrating call-center, softphone, or real-time communication applications.
• Solid understanding of SIP/VoIP fundamentals as applied to software integrations.
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, Step Functions, RDS, CloudWatch, S3).
• Experience building high-availability, event-driven or streaming systems.

• Experience integrating AI or conversational agents into communication workflows.
• Strong architectural design and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Zoom/Twilio APIs is a plus
