About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining highly available production environments, improving system reliability, and supporting cloud-native infrastructure and deployment processes.
You will work closely with software engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and efficient incident response across our platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and reliability
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause analysis
- Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability dashboards
- Automate operational tasks and infrastructure processes
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and release quality
- Support cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities (additional incentive bonus available for on-call participation)
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Microsoft Azure (Azure preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Monitoring and observability experience with Datadog
- Scripting experience using Python and/or Bash
- Experience with incident management and production support
- B2 English proficiency or higher
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Databricks
- Experience with Snowflake
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow
