Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment, including labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute quarterly and monthly employee engagement activities to boost morale and team cohesion.
  • Proactive Management: Anticipate HR-related needs and challenges and develop strategies to address them effectively.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple HR functions simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations across all areas.
  • Team Management: Manage HR operations for a workforce of 100 to 200 employees, ensuring their needs are met and their performance is optimized.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and engagement activities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker.
  • Hybrid and Remote Management: Experience in managing hybrid and remote employees, ensuring effective communication and productivity across different work environments.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP).
