We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team at South Star. You will join our growing support and services team in our offices located in Navi Mumbai to help support cutting-edge solutions for the telecom industry.
The ideal candidate must have experience administering Salesforce and their Community platform. The candidate must have hands on experience administering user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, sharing rule, public groups and page layout, workflows, process builders, flow, custom reports and dashboards, and dataloader. The candidate must have strong English-speaking skills and the ability to work cross functionally with various teams like sales, operations, and engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work directly with agents, internal sales team and operation team to provide first-line sales cloud platform support for our Salesforce and Community platforms.
- Answer user questions and use creative problem-solving and analytical skills to help solve complex technical and business problems.
- Collaborate and work closely with off-shore development team to help quote fulfillment team, sales teams and operational teams to build product structure, resolve issue when escalation is necessary.
- Responsible for the executing to the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
The position has the following requirements:
- BS/MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimal 1-2 years of Salesforce experience working as technical support, development, or administration role.
- Must be comfortable communicating with internal and external users over phone, chat & email and are eager to solve problems and maintain good relationships on a daily basis.
- Hands on experience and deep knowledge of managing Salesforce.com instances including (but not limited to): new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, sharing rule, public groups and page layout, workflows, process builders, flow, custom reports and dashboards, dataloader, etc.
- Familiarity with both Salesforce classic and lightning environments is required.
- Proficiency in excel skills.
- Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.
- Positive, professional, a desire to learn. Be able to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the telecommunication industry and services is a plus.
- Experience working with SQL database and API integration a plus.
- Salesforce admin or developer certification is preferred.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
