Job description
The Client Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate billing and providing exceptional customer support to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and analytical skills. They will be curious and eager to understand the full lifecycle of billing charges to foster improvements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyzes and documents data, interprets results, summarizes findings, and presents findings to customers and management for effective decision-making.
- Review reports with clients and explain trends, variances, and exceptions on a regular basis
- Audits performance and portfolios of business against established quotes, budgets, rev-enue, and realization.
- Reviews documentation and creates database records to ensure proper invoicing and reporting.
- Provides relevant knowledge and support to others to increase the level of understand-ing of corporate transactions and billing arrangements.
- Understands and responds to inquiries and requests made by customers, agents, and colleagues.
- Assists with updating the database with specific contractual requirements.
- Actively seeks to enhance knowledge of all client administration procedures and pro-cesses.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Work experience in the telecom industry preferred
