
Commercial Account Manager

The responsibilities of the Commercial Account Manager include customer management, service excellence, cross-department communication, successful presentation and implementation of service programs, and meeting/exceeding a sales quota. Commercial Account Managers will experience a robust sales training program, mentorship, leadership development, and advancement opportunities.
Location: Mission, KS (In-Office)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 total compensation
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing client relationships, focusing on maximizing revenue potential and expanding service offerings within your assigned portfolio.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to understand their evolving needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze account performance metrics and customer data through CRM systems to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing client base.
- Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, providing solutions that align with their business objectives while maintaining strong relationships through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts to discuss performance, set goals, and develop action plans for continued growth and partnership enhancement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success, resolve any service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and client business developments to identify new opportunities for account expansion and deeper partnerships.

What you'll bring:
- 1+ years of account management or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of growing existing accounts preferred
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management and account retention
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret account data and develop strategic growth plans
- Experience with CRM software and account planning tools
- Excellence in relationship building and consultative selling approaches
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
- Strong presentation and business communication skills
