Starlink Customer Success Manager (Europe)

Dublin, Ireland

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

STARLINK CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (EUROPE)

Starlink delivers high-speed, low-latency internet worldwide. Enterprise resellers purchase Starlink hardware and service from SpaceX and sell, deploy, and support it for their own business customers. The reseller, not the end user, is SpaceX’s customer. Resellers often operate across more than one country, legal entity, and Starlink product.

Based in Dublin, the Customer Success Manager, Europe is the primary SpaceX contact for an assigned book of these resellers once the contract is signed. The role is accountable for revenue growth, service activation, and the day-to-day health of those accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned European reseller accounts, including partners that operate in more than one country.
  • Manage each account from contract signature through onboarding, order placement, shipment, activation, and ongoing account management.
  • Grow revenue in the assigned book through additional sites, additional kits, and new use cases, and carry each opportunity through to order and payment.
  • Track shipments, activations, and payments against revenue targets, and escalate early when a commitment is at risk. Remove barriers to growth and delivery, including pricing, capacity, billing, payment, tax, logistics, and product issues, by coordinating engineering, support, finance, and operations.
  • Keep account records current so status, risk, and opportunity are visible to internal teams.
  • Set clear expectations on scope, timing, and delivery, including commitments SpaceX will not make.
  • Monitor contract compliance and account health to limit delayed payment and churn.
  • Run business reviews with reseller leadership covering performance, open issues, and the forward revenue plan.
  • Use what you learn in market to improve onboarding, country priorities, and operating processes across Europe.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or a high school diploma or equivalency certificate and 6+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, business development, operations, or a technical customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years owning a defined book of business, with accountability for retention, revenue realization, expansion, or collections.
  • 5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service, including channel or reseller relationships.
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to handle executive communication, commercial negotiation, and operational escalation in the same period.
  • A record of growing revenue in existing accounts while keeping orders, delivery, and payment current.
  • Experience in Europe with multi-country accounts, including differences in regulation, currency, tax, logistics, or partner sales.
  • Professional fluency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Polish.
  • Experience with contracts, pricing, and multi-year commercial terms.
  • Experience resolving billing and payment issues with large customers.
  • Experience in telecommunications, satellite, maritime, networking, or comparable infrastructure sold to enterprise or government customers.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role is onsite based in our Dublin office, remote work not considered.
  • Core hours cover the European business day, so you are available to resellers in Europe.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time, domestically and internationally, as needed.
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed, including coverage across global time zones.
