Salesforce and GTM Systems Administrator
About Spark Advisors
We're building healthcare tech for a system that desperately needs it.
Each year, millions of Americans deal with confusing changes to their Medicare plans that impact their prescriptions, access to care, and pocketbooks. These aren’t just inconveniences – they are potentially life-altering changes that leave seniors medically and financially vulnerable.
Independent Medicare advisors play a crucial role in guiding seniors through this complexity and helping them find the right coverage for their needs. But their ability to be effective healthcare advocates has long been hamstrung by broken tools and outdated systems.
Spark is fixing that. We’re the fastest-growing Medicare platform in the country, combining AI, an industry-leading CRM, and client services to transform how 8,000+ brokers acquire, enroll, and support clients in their local communities.
Join a talent-dense team from Square, Ramp, Yext, Oscar, and Cedar — backed by Primary Ventures and Viewpoint Ventures — that is serious about building technology to expand access to quality healthcare. We offer remote work, sabbaticals, company retreats, and other generous benefits that earned us recognition as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces of 2025
Healthcare is overdue for innovation. Let’s redefine what its future looks like — together.
Summary
As part of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll help build and optimize the systems that power Spark’s go-to-market engine. Revenue Operations supports our Sales, Success, and Marketing teams, ensuring they have the tools, insights, and processes to operate efficiently and deliver measurable results.
In this role, you’ll own the Salesforce ecosystem that underpins these functions — driving automation, improving data quality, and creating visibility into our pipeline and performance. You’ll blend technical expertise with a process-oriented mindset to help Spark’s GTM teams operate smarter, faster, and more effectively. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and enabling high-performing teams to do their best work.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage Spark’s Salesforce org — including user management, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Design and implement scalable system improvements across Sales, Success, and Marketing workflows.
- Build automation and process efficiencies using Flows and other native Salesforce tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM and Operations teams to translate business goals into system driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive data visibility and performance insights for leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and reliability through audits, deduplication, and data management best practices.
- Support and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other systems (Airtable, Hubspot, Intercom, Zapier, and Spark’s proprietary platform).
- Stay current on Salesforce and other industry leading GTM Systems innovations and champion best practices that enhance team productivity.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting fast-growing GTM teams.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation, and data management.
- Experience supporting GTM functions (Sales, Success, or Marketing) and understanding their workflows.
- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with third-party tools.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills — you make technical systems clear and accessible.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for improving team performance and data visibility.
Nice To Haves (optional)
- Experience with process automation and optimization using Salesforce, workflow automation tools (i.e. n8n), and advanced GTM systems (i.e. Gong, Clay, Clari, etc.)
