ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design, build, and configure responsive and interactive front-end applications that meet defined business needs and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in the design, development, and validation of new application features.
  • Thoroughly analyze user stories and requirements to understand the intended functionality and identify potential gaps or improvements.
  • Utilize expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, along with strong proficiency in the Angular framework, to build scalable and maintainable front-end components.
  • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the client and server.
  • Contribute to full stack development efforts, including understanding back-end logic and supporting end-to-end feature implementation.
  • Work within a collaborative team environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and shared success.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
  • Deliver robust, user-friendly solutions that enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the applications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 5+ years of JavaScript
  • 5+ years HTML and CSS
  • 3+ year TypeScript
  • 3+ years Angular
  • 3+ years Rest APIs
  • 3+ years Full Stack Development
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Candidates must be local to the Washington, D.C. Metro/Northern VA area – travel will not be reimbursed.
  • Ability to completed Background Investigation.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience with both front-end and back-end development preferred

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
