We are seeking a highly experienced Software Application Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing cloud-based and native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to present Current and future architecture to stakeholders and confidently defend architectural decisions.

This role requires someone who is enthusiastic about learning and leveraging AI technologies, and who thrives in both design & implementation phases of complex enterprise solutions.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Architect and Design:

  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures for enterprise and cloud environments.
  • Create and present High-Level Design (HLD) and architectural blueprints to stakeholders.
  • Assess and optimize existing applications while designing a future-state architecture

Implementation Leadership:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate architecture into actionable solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate architectural decisions clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Defend design choices and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Innovation & AI Adoption:

  • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise applications where applicable.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in AI, cloud, and enterprise architecture.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 10–15+ years in software architecture and enterprise application development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and native enterprise applications.
  • Technical Skills & Key Technologies:
  1. Programming Languages: Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  2. Frameworks: Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js.
  3. Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP (including services like Lambda, App Services, and Kubernetes).
  4. Architecture Patterns: Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design.
  5. Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  6. Data & Storage: SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Data Lakes.
  7. DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
  8. Security: OAuth2, SAML, Identity Management.
  9. AI/ML Exposure: Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services.
  • Soft Skills:
  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to influence and hold ground in technical discussions with stakeholders.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Government contract experience is a strong plus.
  • Contact Center application experience (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, Five9) is a plus.
  • TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications, or equivalent.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
