ASEAN Sales Leader

Our expertise spans across various platforms including Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Anaplan, OneStream, Snowflake, NetSuite, Tableau, Power BI, and other data solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Presales Leader to drive our business growth across the ASEAN region.

As the Regional Sales and Presales Leader for ASEAN, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across our diverse portfolio of technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of our consulting services and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the ASEAN region, aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and presales professionals across ASEAN countries (eventually).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in ASEAN.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales efforts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and handover to delivery teams.
  • Work closely with presales teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the ASEAN region.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, particularly in areas such as CRM, financial planning, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience selling consulting services and complex technology solutions to C-level executives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and navigate diverse business practices across ASEAN countries.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the ASEAN region.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in one or more ASEAN languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
