What You Will Do and Learn   

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Alliances Associate to support and execute Spaulding Ridge’s co-sell efforts, partner marketing initiatives, events strategy, and alliance engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about driving sales and partner collaboration. You will play a key role in enhancing our presence through building channel relationships, webinars, conferences, and channel events, while also supporting sales cycles. 

Key Responsibilities Include:   

  • Collaborate with Alliances and Go-to-Market leadership to execute a cohesive event and partner marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline through trade shows, webinars, in-person events, and speaking engagements.   
  • Plan, coordinate, promote, and execute all aspects of webinars and partner-led events, showcasing Spaulding Ridge’s expertise and joint value propositions with key technology partners.   
  • Support direct alliance engagement by coordinating joint marketing activities, managing partner communications, and tracking KPIs.   
  • Own and maintain deal registrations across partner portals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions that support sales and alliance goals.   
  • Manage and curate client stories and success narratives in collaboration with marketing and client teams to support partner marketing and sales enablement.   
  • Oversee the end-to-end event and sponsorship planning process, including researching opportunities, evaluating venues, managing invitations and RSVPs, and overseeing logistics.   
  • Handle all aspects of onsite event execution, including ordering supplies, signage, swag, and coordinating shipping and receiving.   
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and co-branded content that aligns with Spaulding Ridge’s brand and partner narratives.   
  • Analyze the success and impact of each event and partner campaign through ROI reporting and lead tracking in Salesforce.   
  • Assist project leaders with on-site client event coordination and executive briefings.   
  • Maintain detailed records of event budgets, partner activities, and feedback to inform future planning.   
  • Represent Spaulding Ridge at industry events and partner forums, articulating our value and differentiators.   

Qualifications:   

  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships   
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partner marketing, or alliance management   
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills   
  • Willingness to travel 20%+ across the U.S. and Canada   
  • Experience in a professional services or B2B tech environment preferred   
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools   
  • Bachelor’s degree required  

Preferred Skills: 

  • Understanding of Salesforce technology offerings

Director of Salesforce Alliances 

We are looking for a Director of Alliances to join our Salesforce team. In this role, the ideal candidate will lead, proactively manage, and grow our Salesforce partner ecosystem resulting in increased direct and indirect revenue, field sales engagement, brand recognition, and consultant skills development.  This is a highly visible position and reporting directly to the RevEx Managing Partner. The Director of Alliances will work closely with practice and technology leadership across Salesforce to drive channel demand generation from our alliance relationships to support our rapidly growing firm.  

Ideal candidates will be able to:  

  • Build strong, trusted relationships and ensure a strong brand reputation with Spaulding Ridge’s strategic partner ecosystem that drives direct and indirect revenue.  
  • Partner with Spaulding Ridge practice leaders to develop and drive channel GTM strategy, through field engagement, digital marketing and communications campaigns, channel events, strategic account planning.  
  • In partnership with practice and technology leaders, responsible for driving and hitting channel ACV sales and services quota in Salesforce partnership ecosystem.  
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our partners’ go-to-market (GTM) propositions, markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.  
  • Leverage market knowledge including partners’ GTM strategies and known client needs paired with Spaulding Ridge capabilities to successfully develop and launch new joint solutions with our partners.  
  • Support direct to prospect and client demand generation campaigns in partnership with the marketing, channel, and Spaulding Ridge practice leadership.  
  • Work with EMEA team to ensure a wholistic global view of our partnership with Salesforce channel partners for integrated communications internally and with partner ecosystem.  
  • Partner with Sales Ops to own operational alliance tasks to ensure all data, systems, and reporting are up to date.  
  • Partner with other alliance leads to establish performance standards, scorecards and data gathering required to evaluate and manage performance of the partnership, including joint sales pipeline updates, sales coverage model, client satisfaction, and consultant skills inventories.  
  • Identifies opportunities to leverage partner funding and works with local market leaders to determine application of funds for targeted events and campaigns.  
  • Lead and manage a junior member of the alliance team to drive career growth and alliance strategy. Provide mentorship to the other alliance team members.    

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise solution sales or alliance relationships in professional services and/or technology industry   
  • Strong experience driving alliance relationships and sales with the Salesforce ecosystem  
  • Understanding of Salesforce technology offerings including Experience-Revenue-Sales-Service-Cloud  
  • Experience developing partner programs and support infrastructure with proven success in delivering Go-To-Market strategies and channel demand gen results  
  • Demonstrated history of achieving of ACV / Quota targets  
  • Experience crafting and implementing memorable experiences, including events and campaigns that feed channel sales and drive partner relationships  
  • Passion for sales and technology. Ability to collaborate across the firm and across diverse alliance relationships  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail  
  • Strong collaboration skills, leadership, maturity, and a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce as a sales and marketing tool to provide data insights and direction  
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage and execute many priorities simultaneously  
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications  
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally  

Preferred Skills         

  • Cloud technology consulting experience  
  • Experience in marketing or previous high exposure to working with marketing teams

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

Salary Range

$66,000 - $90,000 USD
