What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and light industrial HVAC systems
• Diagnose complex issues with RTUs, split systems, economizers, VFDs, and controls
• Perform startups, commissioning, and retrofits
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specs
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

What You Bring:

• EPA Universal Certification
• 2–10 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Experience with Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, or similar systems
• Knowledge of VRF systems, VFDs, and building automation controls
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in field conditions
• Comfortable on rooftops, ladders, and in tight spaces
• Manual dexterity for electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work
• Commitment to safety procedures and codes

Employment Details:
Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time. Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and overtime opportunities. Pay based on experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
