Senior IT Support Analyst
Specialty1 Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to help provide essential technical support to our team, including our supported dental practices. You will be part of a talented team of support analysts that demonstrate superb technical competency, providing mission critical support and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point and perform advanced troubleshooting for complex issues, including Domain Environment, O365, and complex Network issues.
- Oversee architecture and deployment of monthly security patches, this includes monitoring overnight maintenance, resolving installation issues, and handling any endpoint issues that could arise. Execute patch rollbacks and conduct root cause analysis as necessary.
- Compliance support: Manage application and environment access for the compliance department, ensuring proper access to Practice Management Systems (PMS), imaging software, and other required applications.
- P2V Conversions: Plan and execute P2V system migrations to on-premise hypervisors or cloud platforms.
- Scripting and Automation: Develop scripts in PowerShell, Batch, and Python for automation and alert generation.
- NinjaRMM Platform Management: Responsible for setting up all organizations, policies, and alerts within NinjaRMM.
- Respond to IT-related inquiries and issues from employees across the organization, assisting them with hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and other technical concerns.
- Occasionally travel to practice locations to perform onsite tasks, including Endpoint, Server, and Network Infrastructure deployment. Assist with workstation remediations, and deal with cable runs and terminatons.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, including desktop hardware and software issues, printers, email, and network-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Set up and configure computer hardware and software applications for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their roles.
- Keep track of IT assets, manage equipment inventory, and assist in procurement as needed.
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement IT projects and improvements, contributing to the overall enhancement of our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or escalation role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus but not required.

Work Conditions:
- Candidate must be able to work in office 5 days a week.

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 / annum
