Objective

The Marketing Coordinator supports the practice marketing team by assisting with creating and executing marketing strategies for Specialty1 Partners’ practices. This role focuses on driving growth in practice volumes and revenue by assisting with or conducting face-to-face outreach, managing referral relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to each assigned practice and its locations.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Assist with the face-to-face referral marketing on behalf of the practice.
  • Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, social media content, signage, etc.)
  • Coordinate and help manage social media accounts, posting schedules, and engagement activities
  • Support local practice marketing efforts, such as events, sponsorships, and community outreach
  • Help maintain and update website content, online profiles, and directory listings
  • Track marketing campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for printing, promotional items, and advertising needs
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications and materials
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing team

As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior marketing experience preferred (healthcare, dental, or medical setting a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-first mindset

Position Base Pay Range

$28.75 - $31.25 USD

Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
