What You'll Do

As a member of the Specialty Dental Brands team, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our practices and the people we serve. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organization, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and help develop solutions that support our growing network of specialty dental practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities associated with your assigned area of expertise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational and practice goals

• Provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused support to internal and external partners

• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and information

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall employee or practice experience

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, practice leaders, and other stakeholders

• Follow established company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

• Utilize company systems and technology to effectively manage responsibilities and priorities

• Support organizational initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts

• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a growing and evolving organization

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a related professional or corporate environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant technology platforms

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

• Experience in the dental, healthcare, or multi-site organization environment is a plus
