What You'll Do

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll help ensure our practices have the products, resources, and support they need to operate successfully. No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll collaborate with practice teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues, coordinate purchasing needs, and provide responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and respond to requests received through the procurement mailbox and ticketing system

• Provide timely follow-up and support to practices, vendors, and internal partners

• Assist with vendor pricing changes, invoice questions, and order-related concerns

• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and practice teams

• Support users with Coupa access, navigation, and troubleshooting

• Train Office Managers on purchasing processes and how to place orders

• Provide clear documentation and guidance for procurement procedures

• Partner across departments to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward

• Track assignments, deadlines, and outstanding action items

• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall user experience

• Support the department’s transition from Zendesk to Halo

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, customer service, vendor management, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with Zendesk, Halo, Coupa, or similar systems is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort reviewing or analyzing data

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Dental, healthcare, or chairside experience is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing business needs

Location and Schedule:

• Located in The Nations of Nashville, Tennessee

• Hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days remote

• Standard working hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
