Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures at the front desk.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars efficiently.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with entering patient information into the practice management system.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure all forms and consents are completed.
- Support financial discussions as needed, including explaining payment plans and flexible financing options.
- Coordinate communication with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as emails, appointment reminders, and patient correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy, organized front desk environment.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred; orthodontic experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and learning new systems.
- Friendly, patient-focused demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
