Regional Director- UK

United Kingdom, Remote

We're looking for a dynamic Regional Director to take the lead as both a coach and a key contributor, playing a pivotal role in building out a world class team of Account Executives across the EMEA region. If you have a track record of leading high performance teams at early stage SaaS cybersecurity companies, we want to hear from you! 

Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience.      

  • OTE: £300,000 - £340,000   

Location: This position is remote, based in the United Kingdom with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings    

Responsibilities 

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets.  
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.  
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to grow the skillset of the sales team.  
  • Foster a positive environment promoting SpecterOp’s core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency.  
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to ensure team growth and success. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Eastern region. 
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels. 
  • Serve as a point of escalation for critical accounts and effectively resolve conflicts. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions. 
  • Collaborate with Channel leadership to explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market reach. 
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, monitors, and reports on key sales performance metrics. 
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to track performance, client interactions, and pipeline management. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 10 + years of sales experience  
  • 2+ years leading a sales team  
  • Proven experience in sales management. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.  
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.  
  • Customer-first mentality.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Prior cybersecurity experience & SaaS-based solutions.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience working at early-stage companies, under 100M revenue. 
  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills
