Executive Business Associate

The Executive Business Associate (EBA) is a trusted partner to senior executives, providing high-impact operational, analytical, organizational, and execution support. This role goes beyond traditional administrative assistance, acting as an extension of the executive to help drive priorities forward, improve execution, and ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently. 

The EBA works across functions, manages complex workflows, and supports decision-making through research, analysis, and coordination, allowing executives to focus on the highest-value initiatives. 

Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience   

  • $90,000 - $120,000 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings   

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.   

Responsibilities 

Executive & Strategic Support 

  • Partner closely with one or more senior executives to manage priorities, optimize schedules, plan and manage travel, workflows, and execution of key initiatives 
  • Anticipate executive needs by proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities 
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, memos, and summaries for internal and external meetings, as needed 
  • Gather data, metrics, and reports to support business decisions and strategic planning, as needed 

Operational & Business Management 

  • Track and drive follow-through on executive commitments, goals, and action items 
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams 
  • Help establish and maintain operating rhythms (QBRs, staff meetings, planning cycles, OKRs) 
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis as needed 

Stakeholder & Communication Management 

  • Act as a point of coordination between executives and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Draft and manage executive communications with clarity and professionalism 
  • Build strong working relationships across leadership, teams, and partners 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and judgment 

Process Improvement 

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency 
  • Help scale executive support practices as the organization grows 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, or a similar role 
  • Proven experience working directly with senior leaders (VP, C-suite, or equivalent) 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and operationally 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, Confluence, or similar 
  • Experience supporting company planning cycles, board prep, or investor interactions
