Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management platform focused on acquiring and operating shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial assets in prime infill markets throughout the U.S. Sponsored by the founders of Black Creek Group—whose 30-year track record includes over $25 billion in real estate transactions—the firm is led by a seasoned executive team with extensive real estate industry experience and deep expertise investing in and managing multi-tenant light industrial properties. About the Role

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking a warm, organized, and energetic Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our Denver office. Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all office operations—maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and fully stocked environment every single day
  • Manage visitor parking validation and coordinate parking access onboarding for incoming employees
  • Manage and maintain office supply inventory with zero-tolerance for stock shortfalls; proactively reorder supplies before they run low
  • Keep the kitchen, snack bar, and beverage station fully stocked, fresh, and inviting—anticipating team preferences and seasonal needs
  • Coordinate with building management on facility maintenance, repairs, and service requests
  • Manage relationships with vendors, delivery services, and office service providers
  • Set up conference rooms and common areas for meetings, ensuring everything is prepared and presentable in advance

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and urgency
  • Maintain an organized filing and records system—both physical and digital—ensuring
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, calendar scheduling, and logistical support for leadership as needed
  • Track office-related expenses and assist with invoice processing and vendor billing
  • Draft and send internal communications, announcements, and reminders on behalf of the team
  • Maintain office procedures documentation and continuously look for ways to improve workflows

People & Culture Support

  • Welcome guests, clients, and new hires with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm—setting the tone for the Speed Bay experience
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, and first-day orientation materials
  • Plan and coordinate office events, team lunches, celebrations, and morale-boosting initiatives
  • Foster a positive, inclusive office atmosphere where everyone feels supported and at ease

Executive & Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and special projects as needed
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive company and personnel information
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as directed by leadership, approaching each task with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of office management, administrative, or executive assistant experience required
  • Genuinely warm, gracious, and service-oriented personality—someone who takes pride in making others’ work lives easier and better
  • Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail; you keep meticulous track of supplies, schedules, and tasks
  • Proactive and resourceful—you identify what needs to be done and handle it without being asked
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, friendly, and clear in all interactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office technology (Concur)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a high-performing team
  • Interest in commercial real estate, HR, or executive administration is a strong plus—we invest in the growth of our team

Compensation

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval. Speed Bay offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full-time employees are also eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K, in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
