Objective of the Role

Leads the design, delivery, and optimization of high-impact technology solutions that align with business goals and drive innovation. This role combines advanced technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to address complex challenges, influence product roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives. The role fosters collaboration across teams and acts as a mentor to elevate the skills and performance of the broader product organization.

Main Responsabilities

  • Drives the development of end-to-end solutions for highly complex business problems, leveraging deep technical expertise and industry insights to deliver strategic value.
  • Leads the prioritization, negotiation, and alignment of features or enablers across stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximum impact on product outcomes.
  • Collaborates closely with leadership to shape product roadmaps and strategic priorities, providing data-driven recommendations and technical insights to support decision-making.
  • Oversees the design and documentation of advanced functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and precision for development teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for product innovation and process improvement, leading efforts to integrate cutting-edge technologies and best practices into product solutions.
  • Leads and executes functional testing and validation for critical product initiatives, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with business and user requirements.
  • Manages the implementation of complex, high-priority changes and new functionalities, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Monitors post-implementation performance and drives continuous improvement through detailed analysis, proposing and leading enhancements to optimize product performance.
  • Builds and maintains comprehensive technical and functional documentation for advanced solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and scalability across teams.
  • Acts as a mentor and advisor to other specialists and analysts, providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and promoting professional growth across the team.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration among engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on product goals and initiatives.
  • Represents the organization in strategic discussions, serving as a subject matter expert and contributing to the alignment of technical and business strategies.
  • Actively participates in product roadmap discussions, providing data-driven insights and technical expertise to shape strategic priorities.
  • Promote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving among team members.
  • Serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product analysis, tech product management, or related fields, with a proven ability to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Deep expertise in financial or technology products, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and market trends relevant to the assigned area.
  • Advanced proficiency in collaboration and technical tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, AWS, Power BI, SQL, and non-relational databases, with the ability to assess and implement new technologies.
  • Exceptional skills in technical and functional documentation, ensuring comprehensive and accessible resources for all stakeholders.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to address complex challenges and propose innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously, maintaining quality and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Proactive in adopting emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement in product strategies and solutions.
  • Experienced in collaborating on the validation and functional testing of products, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
