
Product Marketing Senior Specialist
Objective of the Role
Support the Product Marketing Senior Specialist in bringing Spin's products and features to market effectively. This role focuses on executing compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies that translate technical capabilities into clear user value, helping to drive adoption, differentiation, and user relevance within the Mexican market.
Main Responsibilities

Support the execution of end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products or features—including assisting with launch frameworks, messaging plans, and rollout marketing tactics.

Assist in defining and evolving value propositions that resonate with segmented audiences, drawing on user needs, behavior, and emotional drivers.

Develop comprehensive briefs for creative execution, ensuring clarity and alignment with marketing objectives.

Execute marketing plans, coordinating implementation with all required areas including social media, PR, paid media, landing pages, trade marketing, and others.

Organize and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns to drive user adoption and transactional growth for Spin.

Operate always-on marketing campaigns designed to push product adoption and usage post-GTM launch.

Participate actively in various cross-functional squads to develop and implement joint strategies.

Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Growth, Consumer Insights, Media, and CRM teams to ensure feature launches are clear, compelling, and coordinated across all marketing channels.

Develop and update messaging guides, battlecards, and content frameworks that inform creative assets, social campaigns, and product onboarding flows.

Support the Product Marketing Manager in aligning stakeholders, briefing cross-functional teams, and tracking GTM success for product launches.

Required Knowledge and Experience

4-6 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally in a B2C tech or fintech company.

Foundational experience in crafting value propositions, GTM support, and messaging frameworks.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assist in synthesizing user behavior, market dynamics, and competitive data.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with Product, Growth, Creative, Brand, CRM, and other internal teams.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.

Basic experience in briefing creative and media teams to support product stories.

Know basic marketing KPIs for paid media and CRM to assess strategy performance.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive and curious attitude, with a drive to research, deep dive into topics, and lead initiatives independently.
