
Senior Product Designer - Credit

Objective of the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead and drive the design strategy to deliver outstanding digital experiences for the Credit team. You will ensure solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging, always keeping the end user at the center of the process.
Main Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, user interfaces, and information architecture, making core product/service functions explicit across relevant channels and devices.
- Ensure proposed solutions create value for users and drive behavioral changes that positively impact the business.
- Guarantee the usability and accessibility of all products and services.
- Develop prototypes at varying levels of fidelity to bring design concepts to life.
- Support user research efforts and contribute to a deep understanding of user needs.
- Help design experiences for internal tools and clients.
- Help define success metrics for products, focusing on user and customer perspectives.
- Ensure brand standards and guidelines are consistently applied across all design outputs.
- Document the user experience from early ideation elements (personas, strategic vision, information architecture) through to final deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, mockups, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design quality in execution.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform’s UI kit and design system.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align on vision and delivery.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in information architecture.
- Advanced skills in creating digital prototypes.
- Expertise in information, interface, and navigation design.
- Strong understanding of usability principles.
- Proficiency with digital design, prototyping, and wireframing tools.
- Visual design expertise and concept creation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of user flows and journey mapping.
