Creative Content Manager

Remote US

Spinnaker Support’s Global Marketing team is hiring a Creative Content Manager to join our high-performing Creative Content team. This role is for a seasoned creative professional who excels at hands-on design execution while also overseeing visual storytelling and content alignment across multiple channels.

You’ll report to the Creative Director and collaborate across departments, working closely with key internal stakeholders. Projects span the development and execution of brand-aligned creative assets across our digital, print, web, social, and events channels, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging.

In this role, you’ll produce creative content, manage timelines, maintain brand standards, and optimize our content management systems (CMS). Experience with motion design or video editing is a plus, especially for supporting short-form content across social and web. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented creative with strong instincts, a collaborative mindset, and familiarity with AI tools that can help accelerate and enhance the work we do.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, case studies, slide decks, social graphics, and other digital content
  • Apply motion design and video editing skills to create short-form content for social media, campaigns, and presentations
  • Create and enhance branded PowerPoint presentations with transitions, animations, and consistent visual storytelling
  • Write and refine short-form copy for social posts, email headers, calls-to-action, and marketing campaigns
  • Develop event branding and supporting materials for use across digital and print channels
  • Manage, organize, and optimize global sales and marketing assets within CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, HubSpot or similar platforms) to ensure consistent, accessible and effective content lifecycle management.
  • Support our YouTube channel by creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, and managing tags
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver brand-aligned creative
  • Oversee project timelines and creative workflows, to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple initiatives
  • Stay current on design trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output
  • Assist in annual reviews and audits of creative materials to maintain relevance and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio or other video content management platforms
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Google Gemini, ChatGPT)
  • Ability to write or refine AI prompts to support visual and written content creation

 

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B marketing
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, with experience creating visually engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
  • Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, HubSpot), with an understanding of content lifecycle management and governance
  • Comfortable managing tasks, timelines, and feedback in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable with light content governance and process documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure high-quality, error-free content
  • Able to write clear, concise copy for digital channels
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining brand standards and executing creative direction across platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus, especially for motion design and short-form video editing

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. As such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the labor market data, and the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with labor market data and geographic location.
