We are Spliced Inc. and we’re looking for a Senior Animation Producer.

The Role

You will be part of an innovative new project, working alongside a talented and passionate team on an original IP to create a world class online gameplay experience that will surprise and excite players. You will be playing a critical role in assisting the Animation team with managing assets, working with internal and outsource teams, and helping to drive Animation production on the project.

 

This role will see you working with animators, managers, engineers, technical animators, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives, assets, and projects are organized, tracked, and prioritized based on goals for our animation deliverables. During this process you will have many opportunities to collaborate, problem solve, and help teams be successful by delivering features on time and at quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify animation priorities and deliverables across the team and work with internal and external teams to ensure we are focused and delivering what is needed for the success of the project
• Manage daily scrums, dashboards and JIRA tasks for the animation team
• Track and manage animation assets, and ensure appropriate reviews are completed, signed off, and implemented in-game ensuring deliverables are met
• Develop risk management and contingency planning strategies, schedule updates and absence/holiday tracking

About You:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree
• Experience in project management, ideally for a team of 10 or greater
• Experience with animation production through a full development cycle

• Prior/current experience working as a Sr. Producer in a AAA environment 
• Expert knowledge of production management software such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Sheets, Shotgrid or similar tools ideally in a remote work environment
• Understanding of 3D animation pipelines, and the cross-departmental dependencies inherent in gameplay/cinematics game development
• Experience with Unreal is a bonus
• Experience working with animation outsource studios 
• Experience working in a large scale studio of 100 or more
• Experience shipping at least one AAA game title in a production role working with the animation department
