What Makes You A Great Fit

Veterinary or Animal Care Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences.

What You’ll Do

Client Support & Coordination: Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out.
Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care.
Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.
This is an onsite position requiring coverage across multiple clinic locations.
Weekend shifts are included as part of the regular schedule.
