Location/Hours: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office
All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO’s offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

POSITION OVERVIEW
SEO Law is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-aligned Associate, Law Program to provide critical support to the Director of Law Program. This role will focus on coordinating events, managing participant communications, and supporting students through key milestones in their academic and professional journeys. The Associate, Law Program will serve as a connector across the team, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth program delivery.
Event & Program Coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of events such as webinars, workshops, training sessions, and career development panels.
- Coordinate event logistics including calendar invites, speaker communications, slide decks, and participant reminders.
- Track attendance, engagement, and follow-up needs after each event.
Participant Communication & Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Catalyst and Fellowship participants, responding to questions, providing updates, and triaging needs.
- Send weekly communications to participants with reminders, resources, and important deadlines.
- Monitor participant engagement and flag any concerns to the Director of Law Program.
Advising Support
- Provide general guidance to Catalyst participants on law school application materials, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Offer limited one-on-one material reviews, LSAT study planning, or personal statement brainstorming as needed.
- Help facilitate academic check-ins or referrals to tutors and consultants for Fellows.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records in Google Classroom, Salesforce, Airtable, and Box, including participant status updates, advising notes, and event tracking.
- Support with vendor communications and payments for tutors, consultants, and guest speakers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timelines are met and program milestones stay on track.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education, legal services, student advising, or program coordination.
- Experience with law school admissions a plus.
- Experience working with students pursuing professional or graduate-level programs is a plus.

- Proficiency with remote tools (Google Classroom, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoom, Box).
