Product Manager
About the role
As a Product Manager, you will own the growth, engagement, and commercial success of SportyBet in Brazil. This role is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy that drives user acquisition, retention, and revenue in an important and highly regulated market.
You will combine deep local market understanding with strong product execution to deliver measurable business impact at scale.
What you'll be doing
- Owning the product strategy and roadmap for SportyBet Brazil, aligned with company growth and revenue goals
- Identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Leading continuous product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and market insight
- Developing a deep understanding of Brazilian user behavior, local sports culture, payments, and regulatory constraints
- Partnering closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with speed and rigor
- Ensuring products are compliant while remaining competitive
- Defining, tracking, and optimizing key metrics (OKRs, funnels, cohorts, LTV, retention, conversion)
- Collaborating with marketing, compliance, operations, and leadership on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
What you'll bring
- Based in Brazil
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese; strong English communication skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Sportsbook products
- Strong track record of driving growth through data-driven experimentation
- Deep understanding of sportsbook mechanics
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed organization
- Experience in defining and executing OKRs or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with metrics and trade-offs
