How you’ll make an impact

As Senior Product Manager on our Traveler Experience and Travel Content team, you will spearhead mission-critical initiatives that drive high-impact, high-visibility outcomes central to our north star. You’ll shape the strategic development of our AI-first travel platform, delivering best-in-class experiences for travelers and agents at global enterprises. Operating in a high-velocity team with uncompromising standards, you’ll fuse product, engineering, and design to build innovative features and prototypes, unlocking your potential to do your life’s best work. This role demands a customer-obsessed mindset, hands-on technical builder capability, and a bias for action to execute swiftly and sweat the details, ensuring delightful, industry-leading travel solutions.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Palo Alto office.

What you’ll own

  • Build products and features with an artefact and prototypes-first approach fusing the traditional roles of product, engineering and design.
  • Calibrate the product approach based on appetite and context, defaulting to an AI-first mindset while appreciating traditional non-AI based features being equally relevant if it’s the right thing to do for the business.
  • Collaborate closely with your core cross-functional partners in engineering, QA, design.
  • Maintain a habit of continuous discovery by immersing yourself to users as a part of your weekly behavior patterns
  • Develop industry leading AI agents functionality to drive efficiency for both travelers and agents, driving a best-in-class travel experience.

Experience to bring with you

  • 5+ years of product engineering or product management experience in technically complex global platform products.
  • 2+ years of work experience as software engineer using typescript, python, rust or a comparable language.
  • 1+ years of experience of building products or prototypes using AI codegen tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code or similar.
  • A degree in engineering, Computer Science, physics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with AI tooling and AI evals as a part of the feature development process
  • Developed prototypes and built AI-first products hands on as side projects and are able to share links to repos and deployed projects to self-demo
  • A portfolio of approaches in relation to eval confidence levels, use case criticality.
  • Deployed agent or multi-agent systems into production using MCP servers, Swarm, Cloudflare Agents or other comparable methods and tooling for agent to agent collaboration.
  • Set up and drove improvements on agent evals, fused agentic approaches with validated responses while defining behaviors for failure modes.
  • Repeatedly demonstrated forming a high velocity go to market approach with a lean lower scope path through the initial technical constraints, lack of resources or data maturity, as the initial deployment has both informed decisions while building internal and external momentum.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on information density, brevity and technical exactness.
  • Strong bias for action and a keen eye on sweating the details in everything you do.
  • Deeply curious and data-driven; develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer.
  • Genuine passion for manifesting the future into reality through the form of self-education, being a part of the builder community, and experimenting on the edge so that you can be first to market with production-grade approaches.
  • Balance the tenets of freedom with responsibility and consistent operational discipline.
  • You appreciate solving “real world” problems removing friction and complexity.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
