About the Role:
Are you passionate about building lasting relationships, driving client success, and uncovering new revenue opportunities? As an Account Manager | Client Success, you will play a critical role in empowering merchants in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. You’ll ensure seamless onboarding, foster client retention, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through strategic client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding and Go-Live Support:
- Guide A and high B grade merchants through the go-live process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our system.

Client Retention and Relationship Building:
- Build lasting relationships by hosting Quarterly Business Review meetings to understand client needs and provide actionable insights tailored to their business.
- Ensure clients maximize the benefits of our platform and remain loyal to our services.

Revenue Generation:
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts by recommending additional hardware, software, and services that align with their business needs.
- Drive referrals and lead generation by leveraging client relationships to identify new potential customers.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
- Partner with internal teams to address and resolve client challenges, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

Data Management and Insights:
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.

- Proven ability to identify and execute revenue-generating opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
Preferred Skills:Background in the restaurant or hospitality industries.Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
