Role description:
A Training Leader, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of new employee onboarding, ensuring they are prepared to excel in their roles. You will facilitate training sessions, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective training strategies.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for all aspects of new employee onboarding, including credentials, schedule adherence, and performance observations.
- Prepare new employees on technical aspects and internal processes to ensure they are ready to perform their duties effectively from day one.
- Effectively communicate training goals, expectations, and feedback to trainees to promote a mutual understanding and drive performance improvement.
- Facilitate hands-on activities and role-plays to simulate real-life scenarios and enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay current and proficient in all technical knowledge and policies relevant to designated PODs.
- Develop an ongoing training strategy for analysts based on QA (Quality Assurance) and SME (Subject Matter Expert) findings to support continuous learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) to provide ongoing support to field-ops, facilitating workshops and training sessions as needed.
- Document trainee progress reports, including hand-off checklists, and coordinate the smooth transition of employees to floor managers upon completion of training.
- Provide trainees with constructive feedback highlighting their strengths and identifying improvement areas to support their professional development.
- Assist SMEs with ongoing projects and responsibilities, providing support and contributing to the achievement of training objectives.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and hands-on activities to promote active learning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
This role requires a minimum of 3-4 days per week in the office and is based in Mexico City.
