Position Objective
The Senior Business Process Analyst drives operational excellence by analyzing, optimizing, and automating key business processes across the organization. This role identifies inefficiencies, designs scalable solutions, and implements process improvements that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with a strong understanding of automation tools and change management practices to deliver measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, map workflows, and define business needs.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design, test, and implement automation solutions using relevant tools (e.g., RPA, workflow platforms, BPM software).
- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes on operational KPIs, productivity, and profitability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, best practices, and automation opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to drive alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Document process workflows, standard operating procedures, and automation guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives to optimize operational performance.
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Advanced proficiency with automation tools, RPA platforms, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, capable of leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process modeling, data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- 5+ years of professional experience in customer success or related roles.
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Advanced degrees (MBA or relevant master’s) or professional certifications in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or business analysis are preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation:
- Our base pay range starts at $70,000 -$95,000 for this role
- Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
