As a Full Stack  Developer working on SpotOn’s Platform, you’ll be tasked with working alongside a strong team of backend, full-stack, and frontend engineers to build component-based web software, using modern best practices and a “Keep It Seriously Simple” approach where possible. 

We strongly believe in helping each other, asking questions, and welcoming new developers. Being part of a software team should never be a struggle; we are looking for someone who shares that spirit.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To:

1)To take ownership of delivering performant, scalable and high quality software (Frontend and Backend).
2)Take part in code reviews and architecture design.
3)Collaborate design teams and product while developing frontend web interfaces and make sure the developed UIs are aligning with specs.
4)Collaborate with Senior Architect for design and technology choices for product development roadmap.

What You’ll Need:

• 6+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of developing full-stack web applications using Node/Python and React.
• Thorough knowledge of scalable design patterns and message based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, Sql etc.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda etc.
• Expert level coding skills in TypeScript (Node, React etc).
• Eye for user centric mobile first designs on the frontend.
• Experience with hybrid frontends such as react-native, electron,JS is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Payments/Banking/Wallet APIs.
