We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Instructional Designer to support the creation of engaging, accessible, and scalable training content tied to product releases and internal enablement. This role will work closely with our Product, Content Strategy, and Training teams to translate complex product information into digestible, impactful eLearning modules and video content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong grasp of instructional design principles, and is confident in using tools such as Jira, Synthesia, and Seismic.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Content Creation: Transform information provided by the Product team into clear, effective training materials—including videos and eLearning documentation—that enhance knowledge retention.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Content Strategists to gather product release details and ensure full alignment on messaging and training scope.
    Training Material Updates: Coordinate with Training Leaders to audit, update, and maintain current training assets based on new product features or process changes.
  • Task Management: Manage tasks using Jira to track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure all assigned tickets are completed on time.
  • Communication: Maintain open, proactive communication across Product, Content, and Training departments to stay informed and aligned on project priorities and changes.
  • Organization & Documentation: Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, track revisions, and maintain documentation within our systems.
  • Video Production: Create high-quality training videos using Synthesia or like software, ensuring content is visually engaging and aligned with learning objectives.
  • LMS Support: Utilize Seismic or similar LMS platforms to upload, organize, and track training content for deployment and learner engagement analytics.

What skill are we looking for?

  • 1+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar learning and development role.
  • Willing to come into our Kraków office 2-3 times per week.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools and video production platforms, especially Synthesia.
  • Experience with task/project management systems like Jira.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (preferably Seismic) is a plus.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into learner-friendly content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail.
