We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR documentation, and contributing to the development and optimization of HR processes. You will collaborate closely with other teams and business leaders to provide reliable support across various HR functions, from onboarding and data management to policy updates and training assistance.
On a daily basis, you will:
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts, contract amendments, and related HR paperwork.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding contracts, labor law, statements, and employment documentation.
- Collect, scan, and upload employee documentation into HR systems.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS systems.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating HR data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Support the onboarding process (by sending welcome emails and creating onboarding tickets).
- Contribute to the offboarding process, including coordinating and supporting exit interviews.
- Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Assist with the implementation and updates of HR systems, policies, and regulations.
- Research and provide input for training content, presentations, and materials for leaders and managers.
- Create, maintain, and catalog documentation of current HR processes.
- Provide support in various HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
What skill are we searching for?
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Ability to come into the Kraków office twice a week.
- Good knowledge of Polish Labour Law.
- Experience in participation in HR projects related to talent development, employee engagement, market analysis, as well as processes connected with Polish labor law.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of civil law will be an advantage.
- Good planning and organizing skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in working within an international environment.
- Very good communication and openness to work with people.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish.
- Ability to come into the Kraków office twice a week.
