What You’ll Do

Spotter is looking for 2 Regional Sales Managers (NYC) to drive digital advertising revenue by leveraging our premium YouTube inventory. One position will cover OMG, Dentsu and Stagwell, and the other will cover Publicis. This role is perfect for a strategic sales leader with deep expertise in video advertising, strong agency and brand relationships, and a proven ability to navigate the evolving digital media landscape.

As a sales leader, you will be responsible for managing a key territory while also leading and mentoring a team of Account Directors focused on major holding company partnerships. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate across teams to develop strategies that accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue, identify new business and account growth opportunities, craft compelling sales pitches, and set pricing strategies
  • Client & Agency Relationships – Cultivate, expand, and manage high-value relationships with brands, media agencies, and holding companies.
  • Team Leadership – Oversee and mentor a team of (ICs) Account Directors & Account Executives, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  • Performance & Insights – Hold team accountable to sales quotas and targets, track and analyze sales metrics, optimize performance, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration & Execution – Work cross-functionally with Outer Sales Offices,  Sales Operations, Marketing, Ad Ops, Planning, and Research to enhance client solutions.
  • Budget & Resource Management – Oversee regional sales budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and financial responsibility.
  • Exceed Revenue Targets – Consistently drive new business and deliver against revenue goals.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of sales experience in digital media, video advertising, CTV, and/or YouTube.
  • Established relationships with brands, agencies, and holding companies, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with Fortune 100 companies.
  • A consultative sales leader with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to refine and optimize sales processes.
  • Naturally curious, creative, and solutions-oriented, always bringing fresh ideas.
  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment excites you—you thrive in adaptability and operational rigor.
  • A highly collaborative, accountable, and results-driven professional who leads by example.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and traveling as needed for key client engagements.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $200K-$240K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
