What You’ll Do
Join a fast-paced company leading the charge in the creator economy, where your expertise will directly power the teams shaping what’s next. As the Senior IT Manager, you'll lead our IT infrastructure and operations ensuring that our systems are secure, our devices are optimized, and our people supported.
This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of our technology systems, including our office network, SaaS applications, and AWS environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in IT security and compliance, as well as a passion for providing exceptional user support.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our office network, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and other networking equipment.
- Lead SaaS Operations: Expertly manage and optimize our portfolio of SaaS applications, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and efficient utilization across the organization. This includes vendor management, license management, and configuration.
- Oversee Helpdesk and User Support: Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues. Develop and implement efficient processes for user on-boarding and off-boarding, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access management.
- Strengthen Security and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and procedures. Conduct regular security audits and manage access controls.
- Develop and document IT policies: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems, procedures, and configurations.
Who You Are
- Experienced IT Professional: You have 5+ years of progressive experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
- SaaS Ops Expert: You possess deep expertise in managing and optimizing a diverse set of SaaS applications, understanding their operational nuances and security implications.
- AWS Administrator: You have strong hands-on experience with AWS administration, including deploying, managing, and troubleshooting resources within the AWS ecosystem. AWS certifications are a plus.
- Security & Compliance Champion: You have a solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices, with experience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Network Savvy: You have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
- Excellent Communicator: You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear, empathetic support to users.
- Problem-Solver: You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Additional valued skills and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant real-world experience, is preferred.
- Experienced in Local Area Network (LAN) administration using enterprise-grade hardware switches, routers, firewalls - Cisco Catalyst, Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Arista, Juniper, Broadcom.
- Experienced in cloud infrastructure administration using Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $160K-$190K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
