The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, ambitious professional to drive enterprise sales for our Data-Driven Strategic Thinking program. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our impact, working with leading organizations to help them develop high-performing, analytical teams.
This is a 12-month, high-autonomy opportunity—perfect for someone with a consulting background who wants to:
- Learn how to sell (a critical skill for future founders and business leaders)
- Gain founder insights from direct Interaction with Springboard’s ex-Bain founder
- Work directly with C-suite and senior leaders at top enterprises
- Be part of a fast-paced, high-impact team
- Potentially deliver the training programs you sell
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive sales conversations with enterprise buyers
- Leverage your consulting skillset to connect with executives and identify how our program can address their strategic needs
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across industries
- Work closely with our delivery team to ensure seamless execution of sold engagements
- Operate with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative and high-caliber team
Who You Are
- An MBB alum (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with experience in problem-solving, structured thinking, and executive communication
- Someone eager to learn sales and business development, whether for a future leadership role or to start their own company
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- An adaptable, strategic thinker who enjoys autonomy and ownership
- Someone who enjoys working with smart, driven, and supportive teammates
