Content Operations Analyst

The Opportunity:
As a Content Operations Analyst on the Learning Experience (LX) team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of online learning experiences across our 3 business lines (B2C, University Partnerships, and B2B) to deliver exceptional learning and student outcomes. You will be expected to be a flexible cross-functional analyst who collaborates with many other roles including internal teams (Product, Engineering, Student Support, Program Success) and subject matter experts (both internal and external).
Principal Responsibilities:
- [Content Operations and Quality Assurance] - Ensure content meets quality standards and tight feedback loops with student-facing teams to gather and act on feedback to improve course quality. Work cross-functionally with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to help in maintaining accuracy of our content offerings during small or large content updates; content bug resolution using QA tools (Jira, ASANA, etc.); and quality checks during a new course launch. Check learning materials against a rubric and checklist for accuracy and consistency.
- [Data Analysis] - Support LX in analyzing learner engagement data and feedback to identify gaps in content effectiveness.
- [Other Content Support As Needed] - Support team with content development on an as-needed basis, including light content editing, writing marketing materials, and other ad hoc tasks as they come up.
You:
If you have 1-2 years of work experience in course and curriculum development, report writing, quality assurance, instructional design, content operations and/or data analytics in learning, or in a related field, and if you are open to working globally-friendly times (for example, with teammates and stakeholders in North American and Middle Eastern time zones), this is the role for you! While not required, if you have an educational background in Education, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Editing, or Data and are passionate about serving adult learners and their needs, you are most welcome to apply!
- Analytical/Technical Skills
- Must have
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, bug reporting, and testing tools.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Experience in using data analytics tools to assess learner engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Given that the role will entail some light, ad-hoc content editing and content development, candidates with strong writing and editing skills
- Good-to-have
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles to assess learner experience.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Blackboard, Canvas, or custom platforms.
- Knowledge of e-learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Certification in instructional design, e-learning, or quality assurance.
- Have baseline competence with Gen AI technology.

- Strong communication skills (writing/verbal) to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to collaborate well with internal cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, engineers and others.
- Ability to represent Springboard in a professional and partner-oriented manner with external stakeholders (for example, outside subject matter experts). This includes approaching discussions with a composed demeanor and a solution-oriented approach.
