Role Summary
Spring Fertility is redefining fertility care with a patient-first approach, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to exceptional outcomes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Applications Administrator to support and optimize the technology ecosystem that powers our business operations—from patient acquisition and onboarding to clinical workflows. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, improving the patient experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
The Applications Administrator will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner across teams, collaborating with Call Center, Marketing, IT, Clinical Ops and external vendors. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with a keen attention to detail, a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes, and experience managing software tools in a healthcare environment.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Platform & Systems Management: Own and maintain core business applications including Salesforce, Braze, Freshpaint, DocuSign, PowerApps and PowerBi. Ensure systems are integrated, secure, scalable, and optimized for user needs across the organization.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with patient-facing teams to understand challenges and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and service quality.
- Data Integration & Accuracy: Maintain clean, accurate data across platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and loss prevention between systems and support analytics/reporting needs.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives such as system rollouts, enhancements, and process redesigns. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure platforms meet HIPAA and data privacy requirements. Work with internal stakeholders to uphold security best practices and safeguard patient information.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with software vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, implement features, and support training needs.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support for users across business functions. Investigate and resolve system issues, document solutions, root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years recent experience with Salesforce Service Cloud administration
- Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools like Salesforce flows, Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, etc.
Employment Type
This is a full time exempt position
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 annually. This role also has bonus potential. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
