Role Summary
At Spring Fertility, we believe that exceptional patient care is rooted in thoughtful systems, seamless processes, and a deep understanding of the people who rely on them. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clinical, operational, and technical teams ensuring that our systems effectively support both our staff and the patients we care for. As a Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, support the implementation and optimization of key applications, and help shape process improvements that enhance the patient and employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven environment where innovation and compassion go hand in hand.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Partner with business users and subject matter experts to gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
- Map current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements for development teams.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of test plans and execution of system testing.
- Provide ongoing first-tier application support, triaging issues and collaborating with IT to drive resolution.
- Deliver training, reference materials, and change management support to end users.
- Conduct interface and data flow analysis to ensure systems integrate effectively and meet business goals.
- Assess risks and impacts associated with proposed solutions and recommend mitigation strategies.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role bridging IT and business functions.
- Hands-on experience with system implementations and process improvement initiatives; EHR knowledge a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into system and operational requirements.
- Proficiency with process documentation and visualization tools (MS Visio, Lucidchart) and presentation tools (MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and adaptability skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Employment Type
This is a full-time remote exempt position. This does require 25% travel to our sites.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000 annually. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
